About the Role
Kolansoft Inc. is actively looking for a Freelance Bench Sales Recruiter to help market our skilled IT consultants (on OPT, CPT, H1B, GC, and USC) to clients and tier-1 vendors. This is a high-growth opportunity for motivated individuals with strong networks and proven experience in bench sales.

Responsibilities

• Market available consultants to implementation partners, direct clients, and staffing vendors
• Build relationships with vendors and prime clients for quick submissions
• Handle interview scheduling, feedback, and offer negotiation
• Maintain consultant pipelines and track submissions
• Stay up to date with IT skill trends and market demand

Requirements

• 1–3+ years experience in bench sales/recruitment
• Strong vendor network and relationships
• Experience working with OPT, CPT, H1B, GC, and USC candidates
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Self-driven, accountable, and results-oriented
